Returns policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return please email us at info@playershqclothing.com and we will provide you with return instructions.
Please include the following information in your email.
- Your Full Name and Order Number
- Proof of purchase
- Return reason
We aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving your email.
Refunds policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Once your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7- 14 days. Please note that these time scales are dependant on your card issuer’s policies and may take longer.
Shipping & Return Cost
Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. For this reason we strongly encourage customers to check the size guide before purchasing to ensure you have selected the correct size.
Please note, we take extra care to inspect the clothing we manufacture to ensure there are zero quality issues before we ship items.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs and Time Scales
The shipping time and cost will vary depending on your location. PlayersHQ however will endeavour to fulfil, package and mail your merchandise within 48hours of receiving your order. Our estimated shipping times scales are as follows:
- US and US territories: 5 – 7 business days (via USPS)
- UK and Europe: 7 – 10 business days (USPS, DHL or FEDEX with a handover to your country’s local postal service)
- Other International Territories: 10 -15 business days (USPS, DHL or FEDEX with a handover to your country’s local postal service)
A tracking number will always be provided to customers once your order has been shipped.
Customs Duty
Occasionally a customs and tax fee may occur on orders shipped international. This fee is set by your country’s customs and excise office and will be applied once your purchase reaches your country’s border. Your local office will contact you if a tax duty occurs on your order. Please check with your country’s custom office to identify if a fee will apply to your purchase.
